AGM established in-house
QHSE Management System, and to
ensure being very close to the
highest standards
and better quality, we keep auditing
and monitoring the requirements of
HSE Management System to
achieve
AGM standard quality and
Client satisfaction.
All levels of Personnel in AGM
are responsible for leading and
engaging the workforce in meeting
our QHSE
objectives and targets.
HSE is the top priority for
AGM. Understanding Client’s
expectations, we have established
the goal to deliver a
safe design, incident free
construction, followed by an
incident free start-up. The ultimate
goal is to ensure the
design makes safe operations of the
plant a reality.
Our experience enables us to know
that working with any client we must
not only perform our work safely,
but we
must be a good neighbour ensuring
the environment is safe and that we
contribute to sustainable
development.
Our comprehensive Quality, Health,
Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Management System and the plans and
procedures that implement the system
govern all work for AGM
employees and our subcontractors.
These plans
and procedures are supplementary to
existing Laws and Regulations and
are the minimum requirements to be
adhered to by all parties.
Management of risk is a continuous
process and the cornerstone of the
QHSE elements. We regularly
identify the
hazards and assess the risks
associated with our activities. We
take all the appropriate action to
manage the
risks and prevent or reduce the
impact of potential accidents.
Accidents will be reported,
investigated and analyzed to prevent
recurrence and improve our QHSE
performance.
Our investigations will focus on
root causes and/or system failures.
Corrective actions and preventive
measures
will be utilized to reduce future
injuries and losses.
AGM’s Quality Control and
Quality Assurance process begins
with our commitment to quality at
all levels and
ends with Client’s satisfaction with
the completed project. Our primary
goal is to meet all Client’s
Contract
requirements and expectations. |
